I've been with EverWeb for a year now. Before that, I had iWeb, and I absolutely loved iWeb. However, Apple stopped supporting iWeb, and thus, iWeb became obsolete. After much searching around, EverWeb was the closest thing to iWeb. The learning curve on EverWeb was easy. Their tutorials were helpful. I had to rebuild my entire website, and I loved using EverWeb's website to do this. I could call for help, and they responded quickly. Their prices were fair. However, there were a LOT of problems. One example: my website had lines throughout some of the pages that I didn't create. There were other technical problems that are too involved to get into here. Many of their suggested help didn't work. When I got a new computer, my EverWeb website didn't transfer, and I almost lost my entire website, which was literally close to 90 hours of work. I was upset, almost in tears, and one of the EverWeb employees (Joseph) mocked me for this. He was HORRIBLE and said he wouldn't deal with an emotional female. !!! I came very close to closing my account with EverWeb, but the only reason I didn't was because the other staff members were professional and I never experienced a problem like that with any of the other EverWeb employees. Now, the entire app crashes whenever I click on one of my pages. I've had several problems like this. And now, EverWeb discourages phone help. The last few times I've called, I've experienced a long wait, and after a long time on their phone getting transferred here and there, the recording tells you to call back or email them with your problem. All in all, I love working with their website, and most of the staff members are helpful.

Customer support responds quickly. It used to be you could call, but now they've discouraged that and I experience long waits on the phone, only to tell me to call back later. The staff is kind, but sometimes, they cannot fix my problems.

Wonder app with easy to use features, to create a great website. Fast and helpful support staff to answer the few questions you may have after using the thorough user guide. But the training videos may be the real star. Very short videos on each feature, rather than a long video trying to cover everything. These videos can be watched when you just have a question on one feature and want to get in and out quickly. Bravo

This is Apple's super awesome iWeb on steroids. It is what other tools promise but never deliver. My family has used iWeb for years, developing with drag and drop, and editing under the hood with iFrames, etc. We produced our own templates and then used them with the tool. Life was good. I tried many programs and his is by far the easiest web design program I've ever found…it’s very intuitive. Everything is drag-and-drop. All the features I need for a basic or advanced site. Lots of easy to understand training videos. Fast and responsive email customer service…I always get a quick answer to my questions.
